Elon
Musk is always interesting. If you ignore the fact that electric cars
probably aren’t that much greener than regular cars (depending on the
source of electricity, many electric vehicles merely shift pollution
from the roads to the power stations), his Teslas are brilliant. They
are elegant, imaginative, and handle beautifully. They make rich
greenies very, very happy.

some ways, the South African born Musk is a throwback to 18th- or
19th-century visionaries who came from far away countries and made their
mark in America, whether Thomas Paine, Alexander Hamilton, Baron Johann
de Kalb, Andrew Carnegie, and even Irving Berlin. Certainly, Musk is a
