Memo-Gate

By Rich Kozlovich

Here's the gist of all of this. This isn't as big as many would have liked, but it's big enough to state categorically members of the law enforcement community conspired to prevent Donald Trump from being elected in a conspiracy with the opposition party.    It's clear they deliberately used information they knew to be fraudulent to get a judge to allow them to spy on the Trump campaign.  Fraudulent information they helped to create.

Watergate was merely a bunch of guys, all civilians, who stupidly broke into an office and got caught. Nixon wasn't remotely aware of it, and I doubt any of his immediate group was aware, and worse yet - he was so far ahead in the polls it was clear he was going to be re-elected anyway.  His problem was a after the fact obstruction of justice issue.   This is far more significant than Watergate ever was.

This memo demonstrates something far more insidious and dangerous.  This was a government conspiracy of major proportions.  This memo clearly shows  this corruption wasn't carried out by civilians, it was being carried out by authorized government agents.  It's also a clear indication this went far up the chain of command to Hillary and quite possibly Obama.  How deep it goes remains to be seen.  So what's the real value of this?

We now "absolutely know" there was a conspiracy between government officials in agencies under the Obama administration responsible for gathering intelligence and enforcing the laws of the United States were in fact deliberately violating those laws to support one political party over another.  If this isn't treason - it certainly borders on it.  This justifies exposing everything - and I mean everything.

These 'guradians" have committed crimes.  That makes them criminals.  It's up to the people to guard the guardians, and a good start is by putting these criminals in jail.

Here's a list of the articles - featuring both sides of this issue - for your perusal.  So please enjoy!

The Memo Reveals the Coup against America
February 2, 2018  Daniel Greenfield  79
The memo has been released, now it’s time to release everything.   The Democrats and the media spent a week lying to the American people about the “memo.” The memo was full of "classified information" and releasing” it would expose “our spying methods." By “our,” they didn’t mean American spying methods. They meant Obama’s spying methods.  A former White House Ethics Lawyer claimed that the Nunes memo would undermine "national security." On MSNBC, Senator Chris Van Hollen threatened that if the memo is released, the FBI and DOJ “will refuse to share information with the House and Senate Intelligence Committees."  Senator Cory Booker howled that releasing the memo was "treasonous" and might be "revealing sources and methods" and even "endangering fellow Americans in the intelligence community."  The memo isn’t treasonous. It reveals a treasonous effort by the Democrats to use our intelligence agencies to rig an election and overturn the will of the voters..........

The post-memo reality for America
By Rick Hayes February 3, 2018
After long anticipation, Americans will now have to let the disturbing contents of the "memo" sink in, followed by the realization that appropriate actions need to be taken. In the most cutting of ironies, the political creatures that then-candidate Donald Trump promised to expose and expel have handed the 45th President all the evidence needed to commence draining their Washington D.C. swamp. Over the last eight years, the American people had to endure one Obama-era scandal after another knowing full well that there would be no accountability, no remedy, and no justice for the crimes against the country. Hopefully, that has all changed for several reasons. First, President Trump was the main target of this outrageous overstepping of power, and second, the memo points to the out-of-control and lawless nature of the Obama administration. Before the release of the memo, members of the GOP privy to its contents stated that the scandal made Watergate look like a parking ticket; and so it does. Exposed for every American to see, thanks to the chairman of the United States House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence, Devin Nunes, is the unsettling fact that the former Secretary of State and presidential candidate Hillary Clinton paid Fusion GPS for a wholly fabricated dossier.............

As Suspected, Steele Dossier Rears Ugly Head in FBI Memo Massacre

By Andrew West February 2, 2018
While the full ramifications of the release of the so-called FISA memo are still hours or days away from being realized, one of the democrats’ worst nightmares has come true. The memo has been the talk of the town in Washington D.C. over the course of the last week, with a deep partisan divide now appearing downright cavernous. The memo, which was just released to the public, after congress earlier today, details the “evidence” used in order to secretly surveil members of the Donald Trump administration. The issue, of course, is that one such piece of “evidence” used was already known to be tainted and marginal. Of course, we are talking about the Steele Dossier, a document bought and paid for with the dirty money of career criminal Hillary Clinton in hopes of gleaning any information that would have left her with a prayer in the 2016 election............

House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) blasted President Donald Trump and House Republicans for their decision to release a controversial four-page memo alleging abuse of surveillance authority by the Justice Department and the FBI, saying it could ultimately cause a “constitutional crisis.” “He has abdicated his responsibilities as commander in chief to protect the American people by protecting our intelligence sources and the rest,” she said of Trump. ““If the president uses this fake, horrible release of distorted intelligence as an excuse to fire [deputy attorney general Rod] Rosenstein or [special counsel Robert] Mueller, it could lead to a constitutional crisis.”...........

Memo: Obamagate Confirmed
George Neumayr February 2, 2018
Media propaganda can’t erase the fact that the FBI used Hillary’s dossier to spy on Trumpworld. he media’s response to the release of the Nunes memo surpasses the level of Pravda covering a Soviet show trial. No sooner had the memo appeared than journalists immediately began throwing sand into their audience’s eyes. The story, according to the media, is not that Obama’s Justice Department/FBI snookered FISA court judges and used Hillary’s purchased Steele dossier to spy on Trumpworld. No, the scandal is that the evil Republicans exposed this outrage, and that Trump, the ultimate target of this espionage, has the gall to defend himself. How dare a defendant in our kangaroo trial defend himself with the truth — that’s the upshot of all the media’s bleating.

All you can do is laugh at the intensity of the gibbering propaganda and misdirection, which is nothing more than the rage of a ruling class nabbed in an audacious act of political espionage. Katy Tur of MSNBC summed up the bewilderment of the ruling class perfectly: “None of this is normal.” In other words, we expose Republicans; they don’t expose us..............

Memo: FBI Used Hillary Opposition Research to Justify Surveillance
Daniel J. Flynn February 2, 2018,
The investigators need to be investigated and prosecuted. ames Comey did not get the memo. Law enforcers are not above the law.  Friday’s release of the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence’s memorandum on its oversight of the executive branch’s activities in obtaining electronic surveillance of Donald Trump campaign advisor Carter Page through the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court (FISC). The memo raises questions regarding the legality of the actions of those paid to enforce the law.  “In the case of Carter Page, the government had at least four independent opportunities before the FISC to accurately provide an accounting of the relevant facts,” the memo notes. “However, our findings indicate that, as described below, material and relevant information was omitted.”............

Oh My: New Texts Show FBI Agents Discussed Ways To Avoid Federal Records Regulations
Matt Vespa |Posted: Feb 02, 2018
FBI agent Peter Strzok and bureau lawyer Lisa Page sent each other tens of thousands of texts. Strzok was a top counterintelligence agent at the bureau. He was having an extramarital affair with Page, taking swipes at Trump and obviously showing bias towards Hillary Clinton; the two really wanted her to be the next president. All of these communications sent during the FBI’s email probe into Hillary Clinton and the counterintelligence investigation into the Trump campaign concerning possible collusion with the Russians.

Then-Deputy FBI Director Andrew McCabe testified in the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence in December that the Obama Administration Justice Department would not have sought a Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act warrant to put surveillance on volunteer Trump campaign advisor Carter Page without a dossier that had been funded by the Democratic National Committee and the Hillary Clinton presidential campaign, according to a memorandum released by the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence. The application for the FISA warrant did not inform the FISA court that approved the warrant that the DNC and Clinton campaign had been involved in financing the dossier that provided information used in the application.  The memorandum written by the staff of the Intelligence Committee says:...........

Contrary to the claims of House Speaker Paul Ryan (R-Wisc.), the intelligence memo released today by the House Intelligence Committee strikes a "really devastating blow" and the "Mueller investigation" of alleged Trump-Russia collusion, said Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton. He added that "the whole thing is subject to being called off now."Speaking on Fox News about 90 minutes after the memo was released to the public, Fitton said, “It would be difficult to overstate the revelations in this memo, not only in terms of the corruption during the Obama administration but the really devastating blow it strikes at the [Special Counsel Robert] Mueller investigation."........
