College Offers Counseling to Students Offended by Pro-Life Displays

Once again our universities are coddling students of the snowflake generation. Campus Reform is reporting that California State University in San Marcos is warning students that an “anti-abortion” display will be present on campus next week, pledging resources to help those who find it “disturbing and offensive.” This shows how low society has gotten. My Take - And this is what our tax dollars are being spent on?  It's time all colleges and universities became totally self supporting as "for profit" institutions.  No more grant money or scholarship money from the government and no more student loans.  What will happen?  First - there will be an end to the skyrocketing cost, there will be professors who actually teach their classes instead of teaching assistants.  There will be an end to these silly degrees that have no marketable value such as gender and ethnic studies, both of which teach nonsense turning out leftist radicals....which is the intention....and to make a bunch of money off these loons.  It's time to cut these institutions loose.  After that we'll see the real benefit of this to society.  A bunch of these loon factories will go out of business, and good riddance.  As for sports - that's not what higher education is supposed to be about.  No sports scholarships, and anyone who receives one shall be considered an employee of the institution and will pay taxes on that as income.
