Removing Foxes From List Of Endangered Wildlife Results in 20K Word Regulation

Earlier this month the final rule on the “Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Removing the San Miguel Island Fox, Santa Rosa Island Fox, and Santa Cruz Island Fox From the Federal List of Endangered and Threatened Wildlife, and Reclassifying the Santa Catalina Island Fox From Endangered to Threatened” was published in the Federal Register at 20,086 words – 12,495 more words than the Constitution and the 27 amendments.
