Rep. Charles Rangel (D-N.Y.) on Wednesday compared President Barack Obama to
Jesus, saying House Republicans would scrutinize him if he “walked on water.”
“If the president actually walked on water, I’m certain that the speaker’s
group would be saying that the president can’t swim and that we ought to take

My Take – Did I understand this correctly…..Charlie
(the hustler) Rangel is accusing someone of playing politics? I can see why he would be upset. That’s his domain!
As for Obama walking on water… It doesn’t matter
because he can’t, and whether he can swim or not is immaterial. Good sound bite line…but still a red herring
fallacy. The issue here is whether or
not what is being done is legal and who really is playing politics.
