Once upon a time, before Hitler, Stalin, FDR, Juan Peron, and even before Mussolini and Lenin came on the world scene, there lived a man named Dr. Karl Lueger (1844–1910), who was protector of the common man, a proponent of social justice, and the mayor of Vienna from 1897 to 1910. My Take – I posted this to further establish what should be obvious to the most casual observer - everything has an historical foundation - and in order to understand anything we must explore those foundations.  Unless someone is discovering new products, there are no 'original thinkers'; there are no 'original thoughts'; there is only history! Tell me the history and I will give you the answer!
