The National Security Agency has backdoor access to all Windows software since the release of Windows 95, according to informed sources, a development which follows the insistence by the agency and federal law enforcement for backdoor “keys” to any encryption, according to a report in Joseph Farah’s G2 Bulletin. Having such “keys” is essential for the export of any encryption allowed under U.S. export control laws to foreign users.

The NSA plays a
prominent role in deliberations over whether such products can be exported, and
routinely turns down any requests above a certain megabyte level that exceeds
NSA’s technical capacity to decrypt it. That’s been the standard for years for
NSA, as well as the departments of Defense, Commerce and State. Computer security specialists say that the
Windows software driver used for security and encryption functions contains
unusual features which give NSA that backdoor access…..Having
such the secret key inside your Windows operating system makes it “tremendously
easier for the NSA to load unauthorized security services on all copies of
Microsoft Windows, and once these security services are loaded, they can
effectively compromise your entire operating system,” according to Andrew
Fernandez, chief scientist with Cryptonym Corporation of North Carolina….To ReadMore…
My Take - Think about this for a minute. If this is
true....did Microsoft advertise this component of our software? I don't
remember anything about "hidden keys in order to let the government spy on
us"; or perhaps I missed something in the small print. So, assuming this
is true, Microsoft is complicit in what would appear to me, to be a criminal
conspiracy. At the very least their sales are based on ....well.....I guess you
would have to call it fraud...don't you think? Because they advertise what it
is they are selling and if this is all true then what we are buying is not being
advertised by Microsoft. Let’s face
it. If Microsoft is doing this, and they’re
selling these programs with this fixture in the programming, then they are
deliberately deceiving their customers, and acting as an agent for a spy agency
and not a honest broker of commercial products. How many people would refuse to buy their products if they were told this potential was a part of their programming? A great many I would think; even me and I'm not all that concerned. So, we have to assume they know this and have deliberately misled their customers.
Am I startled by all of this? Not really!
I always assumed this was going on.
What I did find startling was to the extent of how someone seemingly used
this information to influence domestic policy….it that story is true. That’s the problem with ‘security’…..its all secret! It has to be secret to work effectively. However…..I know that there's a lot of stuff
that is only secret from the American people. America’s enemies know what they are doing…so
what they are doing isn’t secret from them.
The key is to keep the fact that American security forces also know what
they are doing. Okay, but how does any
of that justify such a vacuum sweeper approach?
Is this illegal?
I have to believe
this surely is a violation of the 4th and 14th Amendments
of the Constitution; if not the letter of the law, then certainly the spirit of
the law. Am I all worked up that they may be spying on
me? No, because I have always assumed
this was going on! But I’m not a Supreme
Court Justice, a high ranking military officer or Member of Congress. Do I resent the NSA spying on them? I’m not sure! Do you trust them?
However, that isn’t really the problem. The problem lies in the potential for that information
being used to influence policy decisions.
However, did anyone ever read the book “A Man Called Intrepid”? You might find that interesting. As for my closest
friends who laugh at me when I say, “everything is a conspiracy!” Does this help to confirm your belief that I’m
wrong and there is no such thing as a conspiracy?
