CNN's Gary Tuchman talks about border security with a man whose ranch sits right on the Mexico-U.S. border. On Tuesday, Press Secretary Jay Carney praised the new bipartisan Senate immigration blueprint and said the borders (under President Obama) 'are more secure than they've ever been' “I am not in a position to negotiate details of a bill that hasn’t been written.
