Note To Chris Matthews: Find Another Line of Work

Chris Matthews, you need to find another line of work. Your ratings are nothing to brag about, your over-the-top rants against conservatives are almost comic, and you have lost the respect of many of your fellow liberals. I am sure there is a reason why MSNBC keeps you on the air, but for the life of me I cannot imagine what it is, unless, of course, MSNBC is trying to curry favor with President Obama.

Chris, you should be on the White House payroll. You have done more public relations work for Barack Obama than the president’s campaign manager…. your chauvinistic comment about Hillary Clinton was too much for even the most ardent liberals to swallow……received a joint letter of complaint from the National Organization for Women, Feminist Majority, and the National Women’s political caucus. In fact......you had to either get out or apologize. Not surprisingly, you opted for the apology…..even fellow liberals have lost whatever respect they might have once had for you. Liberal blogger Glenn Greenwald once described you as “…the most vivid example of all that is wrong with political coverage……Media Matters for America—a self-proclaimed progressive organization—named you it “Misinformer of the Year” in 2005. ……Yeah, that’s my job.
