Bombshell DNI Emails Expose Fraud That Sabotaged 2018 Trump-Putin Summit

By Hans Mahncke

Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard has released two emails that are significant not only for their content but for their timing, coming just two days before the Trump-Putin summit in Alaska. The emails reveal that in late 2016, then-DNI James Clapper pushed the fraudulent narrative that Russia had hacked the Democratic National Committee (DNC), overriding pointed objections from then-National Security Agency chief Admiral Mike Rogers.

The timing matters because this very narrative — the claim that Russia had hacked the DNC to help President Trump — was used to sabotage the 2018 Trump-Putin summit in Helsinki. Just three days before that meeting, Special Counsel Robert Mueller indicted 12 Russian nationals on charges of hacking the DNC. The indictment was designed to create political chaos. Mueller knew that the 12 Russians were located in Russia and would never stand trial, meaning he would never need to prove the case. The result of the indictments was exactly what Mueller, his team, and any yet-to-be-identified co-conspirators intended: to sabotage the summit and effectively criminalize diplomacy with Russia..............To Read More...

Lie another day: Clapper’s six-line marching orders that shaped Russiagate - The latest declassification from Gabbard shows lockstep unity was mandatory in the Obama Intelligence Directorate. ........Every sentence, every clause, every word, and every point of emphasis underscored the unmistakable message: This is our plan. This is the schedule. We will bend the rules. You will not see all the intel. And there will be no dissent. Deal with it.

At the time, the Obama White House had ordered an “Intelligence Community Assessment” on Russian election interference—yet inside the intelligence agencies, deep and abiding doubts about the conclusions, the sourcing, and the compressed timetable were tamped down and suppressed. Admiral Mike Rogers of the NSA had raised significant concerns about access and verification. Clapper’s response? A curt directive that left no doubt he expected complete alignment.  But don’t take my word for it—here is Clapper’s email, verbatim:.............

My Take - I've no doubt there must be a RICO investigation in the works over this.

A Way for Trump to Drain the Swamp

October 5, 2019 By Ted Noel

When you enter the Everglades, you know you'll find alligators and pythons. You just don't know how many. And no matter where you are, you can see only a few that are close to you. There can be an alligator right under your boat that you never see, because it can stay submerged for half an hour. The snake may be back in its hole. The only way to get them all is to blanket thousands of square miles with millions of hunters.

D.C. is not at all different. As we are learning from the Ukraine leaks, someone with a security clearance and an ax to grind has been hiding in plain sight close to the president. He's not the only one. Unfortunately, with few true allies, Donald Trump is necessarily walking with blinders on. He needs all the help he can get. And his help is ready and waiting, just waiting to have the shackles removed.

Judicial Watch has just released the contents of former deputy attorney general Rod Rosenstein's emails, including this bombshell that will be ignored by CNN............ ..

As I said, many FOIA requests are deep-sixed by bureaucrats who either don't want to do their jobs or don't want wrongdoing exposed.  Their obstruction makes the requesters go to court to pry the information loose.  That takes time and money that should not be wasted.  So the E.O. first needs to establish an office within the White House that reviews every FOIA that was rejected but made public by a Court Order.  If that refusal to honor the FOIA was without merit, then the officer who did not honor it should be fired by presidential order............To Read More.....

Did FBI and CIA have an agent provocateur who tried to entrap the Trump Organization in a Russia deal?

September 18, 2019 By Thomas Lifson

Judicial Watch is hot on the trail of a potentially explosive revelation: that an agent who had previously worked for the FBI and CIA as an informant -- recruited by Andrew Weissmann in 1998! -- actively tried to set up a business deal between the Trump Organization and Russian interests, in order to implicate Trump with “collusion.” In a press release, JW lays out the background of its new FOIA lawsuit seeking:............ So, Andrew Weissmann, the real head of the Mueller probe and partisan supporter of Hillary Clinton’s candidacy so enthusiastic that he was at her “victory celebration” as the polls closed in 2016, a ruthless prosecutor with a checkered ethics track record, already had an asset in place in the Trump Organization by the time the Special Counsel was appointed and the team assembled. And that informant provided a lot of information to Weissmann’s team:..........To Read More.....

The Dream Team Loses to the Nobodies

By | August 4th, 2019|Tags:

When figurehead Robert Mueller likely allowed Andrew Weissman to form his special counsel team to investigate so-called charges of Russian collusion involving Donald Trump’s presidential campaign and the Kremlin, Washington elites became bouncy. The high-profile legal “powerhouse” lineup immediately looked like a sure-thing—an elite slaughter of the yokels.

As they perused the résumés of the New York and Washington prosecutors, and the Wilmer-Hale veterans, reporters were ecstatic that the supposedly straight-shooting Republican Mueller had turned his investigation into what the media soon boasted was a progressive “dream team” of “all-stars,” a veritable “hunter-killer team” of get-Trump professionals. One would have thought mere names and credentials win indictments, regardless of the evidence..........To Read More....

Monty Pelerin's World

A Capsule of Political Thought

The image is from the American Spectator. It nicely (although imperfectly) captures what the two political parties are selling this election.

The stools ought to be four-legged instead of three. The fourth leg of both would be Plunder — the confiscation of wealth demanded by government.

An argument can be made that the fourth leg on the conservative stool would be shorter than the new leg on the liberal side. That would be true. But, do you feel better when a thief takes only half your money as opposed to your entire wallet? I suppose it is like the Mafia only breaking one knee versus both.................There's more.

David vs. Goliath (Nadler vs. Barr)

The battle between Jerrold Nadler and Bill Barr, if it were indeed a fight, would not be sanctioned by any boxing commission in the country. It is a battle of little David against big Goliath and David has no slingshot!

Nadler is out of his league trying to run his own committee. To think he can take on Barr is amusing and is apt to provide many embarrassing moments for David. Nadler, regardless of his partisanship, does not have the intellectual ammunition to engage with Barr.

Per Nadler’s request, Barr sent a letter outlining what is coming. (That letter is available here.)
This letter ought to strike fear in the Deep State.  It is written clearly, precisely and boldly — all characteristics of Bill Barr.

Nadler is hardly the brightest bulb in the string of dimwits on Capitol Hill. The fear that others (those at risk) will likely convey to him should generate the proper respect. If not, he is a bigger buffoon than he has already shown.

The Deep State and The Deep Media

To fully understand the Deep State one need focus on matters both inside and outside of government. The Deep State corrupts everything it touches. Today that includes much of the country.

The Deep State corrupted the media. The first task of any State is to control the information (propaganda) fed to its citizens.

Totalitarian states eliminate any free exchange of opinions. The Soviet Union had a state-run newspaper known as Pravda. It was a monopoly in that no other sources legally provided news. The new Russia pretends it has press freedom, but it controls the media. So does China. Severe penalties, including murder, are used to obtain conformity.
In the US, we say we have freedom and a “free press.” But do we?.....................

IF YOU HAD A HUNCH THE NEWS SYSTEM WAS SOMEWHAT RIGGED AND YOU COULDN’T PUT YOUR FINGER ON IT, THIS MIGHT HELP YOU SOLVE THE PUZZLE.

ABC       News executive producer Ian Cameron is married to Susan Rice,   Obama’s   former National Security Adviser.
CBS       President David Rhodes is the brother of Ben Rhodes,  Obama’s   Deputy National Security Adviser for Strategic Communications.
ABC       News correspondent Claire Shipman is married to former  Obama Whitehouse Press Secretary Jay Carney.
ABC       News and Univision reporter Matthew Jaffe is married to Katie Hogan, Obama’s former Deputy  Press  Secretary   .
ABC       President Ben Sherwood is the brother of  Obama’s former Special Adviser Elizabeth Sherwood.
CNN       President Virginia Moseley is married to former Hillary Clinton’s Deputy Secretary Tom Nides.

This is “Huge” and is   only  a ‘partial’ list since the same holds true for NBC/MSNBC and most media outlets.  Trump has been right all along. Fake News is generated by these   incestuous relationships .................There's more.

Slimey, Duplicitous, Permanent-state Operator

The phrase “slimey, duplicitous, permanent-state operator” is Mark Steyn’s translation for Deep State propaganda describing someone as “a straight arrow” or “highly respected by both sides” or “pillar of integrity.” Such praise is suspect for anyone who has spent more than a few years in the Swamp. Steyn’s translation is appropriate, virtually universally correct and should be substituted for most grandiose praise these political operators bestow on their own.

The facade of respectability, honesty and integrity is of utmost importance to the Deep State. It coincides with the perpetrated myth that government is “of, by and for the people,” perhaps the most impressive propaganda phrase ever coined.

In reality government is little different than the Mafia (except that government is much less efficient). Albert J. Nock reflected on this resemblance almost 100 years ago (my emboldening..............

Democrats Have Obstruction Backwards

Editorial of The New York Sun | July 24, 2019

Should President Trump have recused himself? Meaning, should he have refrained from trying to fire Special Counsel Mueller because he had a conflict of interest? The abiding assumption throughout the hearing of Mr. Mueller today in the Judiciary Committee seems to be that he should have. He should have stayed his hand, even if he knew he was innocent of having colluded with the Russians.

Our own view is that such pussyfooting is unconstitutional. That is because the presidency is unique, different than all other offices in our constitutional system. The president is the only officer whom the Constitution commands to take care that the laws be faithfully executed. The job is solely his. So he can’t recuse himself even if he has a conflict of interest. He just has to step up............To Read More...

Mueller and Comey: A Cozy Relationship

Daniel John Sobieski

Former FBI Director James Comey, who often can’t recall anything about the crimes committed by himself, his FBI and President Obama’s DoJ, but who lectures pompously and endlessly on ethics in government, recently released a listen of questions he felt former special prosecutor Robert Mueller should be asked at his July 24 Congressional hearings: As TownHall.com reported:
Former FBI Director James Comey on Friday released a blog post  detailing what questions he would ask Special Counsel Robert Mueller if he was a member of Congress. The revelation comes as Mueller prepares to testify before the House Judiciary and Intelligence Committees.  Comey said he would focus on two key areas of Mueller's findings: the Trump campaign's relationship with Russia and whether or not obstruction of justice took place.
None of the questions Comey recommended, however, dealt with the long, cozy and lucrative relationship between Comey and Mueller that is at the heart of the FISA fraud and the deep state coup against the incoming Trump administration................

“Are you best friends with Robert Mueller?” Rep. Jerrold Nadler (D-N.Y.), the top Democrat on the Judiciary Committee, asked Comey, according to a transcript of the hearing released Saturday by Goodlatte and Oversight Chairman Trey Gowdy (R-S.C.). “I am not,” Comey said ...............

Comey was lying. Their “long-standing relationship” was confirmed by that Trump-loving vast right-conspiracy rag called the Washington Post:..........

Why did Comey lie about that the nature and depth of his relationship with Robert Mueller, which resulted down the road in Mueller’s appointment as special counsel and the fraudulent surveillance and investigation of candidate, president, and common enemy Donald Trump? Maybe we can ask Robert Mueller about that and whether he thinks his financial dealings might warrant a special counsel or an FBI raid at the crack of dawn...............  To Read More

My Take - First, now we will see why Mueller was reluctant to testify....under oath.  Secondly, why did Comey lie?  Because criminals have a rule: "Never give up the con,  Never admit to anything, deny everything, and above all, never give up the con."  This should prove interesting, as more and more information is discovered and released it all become a big poisonous snake that's going to bite the deep staters and Democrats on the can.

Mueller Is Set For Quite a Sleigh-Ride In the House

By , Special to the Sun | July 19, 2019

Nowhere is the collapse of the Democratic Party as a coherent political organization more evident than in the astounding metamorphosis of Robert Mueller. He returned to public notice as special counsel and was instantly heralded by the Democratic press as a virtual Douglas MacArthur of selfless national duty, precisely the sort of rigorous, incorruptible, no-nonsense public servant who would tear the Trump fraud of corruption and artificiality, dirty tricks, shady accounting, and outrageous misbehavior apart and expose the whole rotten mess that had, by nightmarish mischance, moved into the White House (where the Clinton pay-to-play casino should already have been installed).............From Nate Silver to Charles Blow and even the once-professional David Gergen, like a phalanx of bobbleheads, they agreed that impeachment was coming and . . . coming and . . . just around the corner.  Mr. Mueller packed his investigative team with notorious Democratic partisans. ..............

Mr. Trump was an interloper, and he had to be sent packing with such finality that no one would dare interrupt the self-enriching slumbers of the political class for at least another century.......Mr. Mueller, the lion of official redemption, failed again and again................ The Trump lynch mob has reached the last round-up. It only remains for Mr. Barr and his special prosecutor, John Durham, to indict those who politicized the intelligence agencies and the FBI, fraudulently sought FISA warrants to spy on the Trump campaign, and lied to congressional committees and the FBI............To Read More....

The Anti-Trump Circus

By |  June 30th, 2019

We are now in the fourth year of an anti-Trump mania, and about reaching the point of caricature.
The Left should have learned something after the failed celebrity appeal to undermine the Electoral College, the initial articles of impeachment, the empty invocations of the Logan Act, the Emoluments Clause, and the 25th Amendment, the 22-month, $35 million Mueller investigation deflation, the periodical silly “bombshell” announcements of perennially wrong and comical Adam Schiff (D-Calif.), the pathetic palace coup attempt of Andrew McCabe, the assassination chic from the likes of Madonna, Snoop Dogg, or Kathy Griffin, or the deification of the slimy prophet Michael Avenatti.

Not at all. An entire new cast of carnival characters has arrived on the scene to take up where the now imploded Left off. Rep. Jerry Nadler (D-N.Y.) has replaced Schiff in the unhinged congressional investigative limelight. In his latest hearing, Nadler obtusely insisted on addressing former Trump White House aide Hope Hicks as “Ms. Lewandowski.” Even Democrats were puzzled—given that Nadler’s supposed “slip of the tongue” was repeated three times until Hicks finally corrected him.

Even in the age of gender transitioning and speech reduced to Twitter-like grunts, sane people still do not confuse the four-syllable name of the male Lewandowski as some sort of homophone for the one syllable name of the female Hicks.

Was Nadler in tawdry fashion then trying repeatedly to traffic in stale and unfounded rumors that the married Lewandowski had had an affair with Hicks? .........To Read More....

Robert Mueller: The Guest Who Won’t Leave

by June 27, 2019

Everyone has met Robert Mueller. He’s the guest who won’t leave the party. You first notice him as an awkward presence gradually eroding the pleasant ambience by hovering silently at the edge of the festivities. Then, after he has had a couple of drinks, he begins to insert himself into random conversations with solipsistic non-sequiturs. At length, after everyone else has contrived to leave early, you discover that he’s too drunk to drive even if he could find his keys. You call a cab, but he misses it and you find him asleep in your front yard the next day. This is what it’s like to get rid of someone like Mueller.

Having waited nearly two years for him to complete his investigation into Russian interference in the 2016 election, and been provided with a copy of his report   Attorney General Barr in March, we thought we were finally rid of this guy. Indeed, during his May 29 press conference, he promised to go home. The ostensible purpose of that bizarre event was to assure us that his report to the AG “speaks for itself” and that he had nothing to add: “The report is my testimony.” And yet, months later, he’s still hanging around and will now testify before the House Judiciary and Intelligence committees on July 17..........To Read More....

My Take - The big deal over this is he'll be under oath, and he's got a ton of dirty laundry that's bound to come up, including the corruption of his investigation.  There's a reason he's avioded testifying before this, and this may be another, "be careful for what you wish for", moment for the Democrats and the MSM.  I think he's in trouble, not Trump. As it says in the article, "Liberal law professor Alan Dershowitz warns the Democrats that they may be “shooting themselves in the foot”, and I think he's right.

Robert Mueller: A Scary and Mendacious Man

June 16, 2019By John Dale Dunn

Robert Mueller's troublesome, unethical, and corrupt FBI career prior to his appointment as the special counsel on the Trump-Russia Collusion investigation deserves a serious vetting.  I provide here two points of reference: a monograph by sitting congressman and former Texas State Court judge Louie Gohmert titled "Robert Mueller: Unmasked" and a book by Louisiana attorney and sitting Louisiana state senator John Milkovich titled Robert Mueller: Errand Boy for the New World Order.

Congressman Gohmert's 48-page monograph is a discussion of a "long and sordid history of illicitly targeting innocent people that is a stain upon the legacy of American jurisprudence.  He lacks the judgment and credibility to lead the prosecution of anyone. Gohmert focuses on 18 examples, including:.............. The last two chapters of Mr. Milkovich's book lay out the case for the danger of the expanded power and reach of the administrative and surveillance state and the effort led by Mueller and his prosecution gang to accomplish a coup d'état. .............To Read More....

Mueller is A Disgrace

By Rich Kozlovich

I've not posted much in the last week or so because I'm really busy.  But there's a second reason.  Even a newsie like me can only stand so much.

Today's edition is dealing solely with the corrupt leftist Deep State inspired Mueller investigation, and the consequences that are going to follow.  But not to Trump.  It's the Deep State operatives who pushed this narrative on the nation against a duly elected President who are now in trouble.

It seems clear to me as the investigations into these corrupt officials (many high officials, all Obama people who are already pointing fingers at each other) starts to get to the bottom of who did what and when, we may find what I've believed from the beginning - this is criminal conspiracy that may well be interconnected throughout the Obama administration, and all the law enforcement and intelligence agencies.  With Obama at the top of that corrupt criminal and treasonous enterprise.  All of whom are going around spouting off in a vain attempt to excuse their treason.  And we should be grateful, because the more they're talking the deeper they're digging their hole.

As for Obama, he had to know it was going on, or those closest to him had to know.  Which leads to this question - “What did the President know and when did he know it!  As for Hillary, she will face the same problem.

These people don't do the dirty work, they have minions who do it for them.  When push comes to shove, these "little" people involved in all this criminal activity will not willingly go to jail for them.  If the top people think the "little" people are going to take the hit for them while they live the good life on the outside, shooting off their mouths about how terrible a President is Donald Trump, they're in for a rude awakening.  We're going to see a lot of "Let's Make a Deal" very soon.

There's an old axiom that says, "If you're going to shoot the King you had better not miss".  Well, the left has taken their shot at the President and irrespective of the multitude of investigations the Democrats are still attempting to conduct, their shots have missed.

Now it's his turn!

I've been intending to outline in an article of my own as to just how corrupt Mueller has been during his long career in government, along with the rest of that corrupt cabal in the Obama administration, but some of the articles below are amazingly well documented and will serve you better than anything I would've written.

Please enjoy!

How a Special Counsel Disgraced Himself and the US Government

June 2, 2019 By Spike Hampson

In his recent public statement, Robert Mueller admitted he was on a witch hunt. He didn't mean to do so, but his own words reveal as much:

And as set forth in the report after that investigation, if we had had confidence that the president clearly did not commit a crime, we would have said so. We did not, however, make a determination as to whether the president did commit a crime.

By talking about whether or not the president was guilty of committing a crime, Mueller revealed the fact that he was not investigating whether or not the president committed the crime. Mueller would never confess to trying to pin any old crime on the president, but the way he expressed himself in those two sentences is a dead giveaway: he failed to identify the specific crime being investigated and thus telegraphed the fact that for the purposes of his investigation, any crime would do............. Mueller and Obstruction of Justice

June 1, 2019 By Daniel John Sobieski

The irony was that Lt. Gen. Mike Flynn was charged with and plead guilty to making false statements to the FBI.   By his own standards Robert Mueller was guilty of making “false statements” in his parting gift to Democrat impeachment seekers. He was not, however, under legal oath, which is maybe why Democrats did not want him to be questioned by Congress in a hearing beforehand.

Mueller has had to walk back his lie about Office of Legal Counsel policy keeping him from indicting a sitting president. In his alleged “farewell” address, former Special Counsel Mueller managed to channel former FBI Director James Comey.

Where is it written that former FBI directors get to recite a litany of possible charges against someone they are not going to charge? If, as Mueller had said, you could indict a sitting President, and that is why he was not indicted, then why did he spend some $40 million the past two years pursuing an indictment? Just what happened to the presumption of innocence? ..........To Read More....

A Made Man (Mueller) Unmakes Himself

June 2, 2019 By Clarice Feldman

In common parlance, a made man is someone whose path to success was greased by circumstances. It also refers to someone formally inducted as a full member of a criminal outfit -- the Mafia. In the political atmosphere in which Robert Mueller was born, he, like John Kerry, was virtually assured of a prestigious place in society: He was a tall white man with a hatchet jaw who (like his classmate Kerry) went to an expensive private school – St. Paul’s -- and came from a well-connected and well-off family.

His wife, Ann Cabell Standish Mueller, is related to Charles Cabell, once deputy director of the CIA. Richard Bissell, formerly the CIA’s director of plans, is his cousin. Both men were fired by President Kennedy for their roles in the Bay of Pigs fiasco.

His own public service career includes a number of spectacular failures as well:

He kept four innocent men in jail for years (one for 35 years) to protect the vicious criminal Whitey Bulger, who had at times been an FBI informant............. To Read More

Mueller Report busted for doctoring transcript and misleading on obstruction of justice evidence

June 2, 2019 By Thomas Lifson

It’s all downhill now for Robert Mueller and the very costly report fashioned by his team of Trump-hating lawyers. They have been exposed as propagandists attempting to falsely implicate President Trump’s team in obstruction of justice by doctoring a transcript of a telephone call, omitting exculpatory words.

Because they were paid tens of millions of dollars by taxpayers to accurately assess the Russia hoax charges only to come up with nothing, obstruction was their fallback option to fuel impeachment talk among House Democrats and thereby obstruct the performance of the duties of the presidency by the elected incumbent, Donald John Trump. But now we can plainly see that they stacked the deck out of sheer animus to the president.

On Friday, following an order from Judge Emmet Sullivan, who is tasked with sentencing General Michael Flynn for his guilty plea in a dubious process crime the Mueller Team charged him with, the government filed “on the public docket ‘the transcript of the voicemail recording’ from President Trump’s attorney John Dowd to Michael Flynn.” That recording -- in doctored form -- had been part of the Mueller Report section on obstruction of justice. The first to notice the discrepancy between the report’s version and the actual transcript was Rosie Memos:..............: Read more

A Bastardized Investigation – 7 Reasons Why Mueller Should Have Never Happened

March 8, 2019 Posted by Lt Joseph Pangaro, Investigator, Hostage/Crisis Negotiator

Every criminal investigation begins with the belief that a crime has been committed. That belief comes to an investigator from a victim who experienced the crime, from a witness who saw or otherwise knows about the crime or sometimes it comes from an informant or an anonymous source.
Once the investigator gets the initial report of a crime, they will conduct an analysis of the information and where it came from to decide as to the veracity of the report.

Seasoned investigators know that just because a report comes in, no matter the source of the report, it has to be vetted because you know that people will lie for all kinds of reasons. People lie for financial gain, revenge, to move suspicion away from themselves or to other wise cause a problem for another person.

All of these motives must be examined closely before a full-on criminal investigation can begin, after all, the mechanics of a criminal investigation involve many hours of police work, the use of other resources and the difficulty an investigation can cause to the person that is the subject of the investigation. Just running amok to investigate rumors is not appropriate and unprofessional.
When vetting a possible informant there are many steps to be taken:.........To Read More.....

Robert Mueller Stirs the Pot – Again!

May 30, 2019 Posted by

Robert Mueller makes an unsolicited, very public statement at the Department of Justice, which, he said, would be his last as a public official. It was on the subject of the now highly controversial Mueller Report. His statement was unnecessary, because there was absolutely nothing new in what he said. He simply repeated the findings of his team’s 488 page Mueller Report, and announced his upcoming resignation from public life.

But in his carefully crafted speech, he managed to stir the political, anti-Trump pot once again and gave the Democrat pro-impeachment crowd, which seemed to be losing ground until this morning, a big push forward once again.

While confirming that there were “multiple, systematic efforts” on the part of the Russians to interfere with the 2016 Presidential elections, he confirmed that his team had not found any evidence to charge the President with collusion with a foreign power. He also repeated that his team had also not found sufficient evidence to accuse the President of obstruction of justice.

But – and here is the key to his underlying purpose – he was very careful to make a clear distinction between innocence and suspected guilt......To Read More...
