Was This Terrorism or Just Islamic Culture?

Maybe it was terrorism but it looks like typical behavior that Islamic culture is known for. Here is a story that wouldn’t be possible if Islamic culture had not been transported to France. The UK Metro reports:
  • A woman and her three daughters have been stabbed in a French resort for being ‘scantily dressed’.
  • An eight-year-old girl was left fighting for her life after the attack in the Garde-Colombe in the Hautes-Alpes region of Southern France.
  • The man is believed to have attacked the three girls outside the family’s apartment before entering the building and attacking the mother.
  • Jean-Marc Duprat, a deputy mayor for the town of Laragne-Monteglin in the Hautes-Alpes region said the suspect, who is not related to them, was upset they were wearing shorts and T-shirts.
This story seems like nothing more than this crime that was committed in Pakistan transplanted to France. However, the perpetrator was not from Pakistan but Morocco. Morocco is closer to Europe than it is to Pakistan. Yet the common Islamic culture produces similar results. In this case, unlike the Pakistan incident, the stabber was not related to the victims. Also, the victims did not dress nearly as scantily as the sister in Pakistan. What kind of person attacks an eight-year-old with a knife for wearing shorts and a T-shirt?
