Does John Kerry Really Believe What He Just Said After the Terror Attack in Istanbul?

There have been several instances where the Obama Administration has shown a lack of understanding of current conditions. They almost seem to be trying to reveal their lack of competence. As if they want all the world to know that they are in over their heads. There is no area in which this is truer than the fight against ISIS. With remarks about ISIS being on the run, under pressure and the like, they have shown that they do not have any real understanding of the war. They fail to understand who it is they are fighting.

My Take - In the past I've asked my readers - why do you think Kerry would leave his cushy job in the Senate to be Secretary of State?  I've always felt the answer was he wanted to show the world what they missed by not electing him to be POTUS.  Well.....he's succeeded.  He's every bit as dumb, every bit as self serving, every bit as incompetent and dishonest as so many believed he was. 

Congratulations John - you've succeeded!  We now know for sure what the world missed!
