Barry Soweto has a law degree - Smart guy - right? Yet after all that schooling he thought he visited 57 states and had "one left to visit".........so just how smart can he be? And we're supposed to be shocked and surprised at the insane things he does? However, I'm sure Jimmy Carter is pleased - he's no longer the dumbest man to ever occupy the White House.
By the way - do we really think smarts and IQ go hand in hand entirely? Jimmy Carter has a 153 IQ, but according to "historian Michael Beschloss told radio talk show host Don Imus in November of 2008" "Barack Obama is the smartest man with the highest IQ ever to be elected to the presidency." Altough there's a lot of talk ranging from 102 to 145....I don't think anyone really knows except Barry since he won't release his records. But even it's 200 - the presidency of Barack Obama can easily be defined as a study in stupid is as stupid does. Of course it's possible his score really is high, but if that's the case perhaps Bill Ayers took the test for him.
