“Where the battle rages, there the loyalty of the
soldier is
proved, and to be steady on
all the battlefield besides
is
mere flight and disgrace if he flinches at that point.”– Martin Luther
I did a radio interview concerning our First Amendment
victory in Boca Raton, Fla. (which happens to be our second victory in a year),
and the show host was mentioning that the Christian religion is under incessant
attack in public schools. He complained that soon we would not have the “right”
to say certain things in public schools.
Does that sound like the America you know? I then said to him, “You never lost the
right.”…..To Read More…..
My Take - One
of the failures of our society is our lack of clarity. A clarity that has been
deliberately made foggy by leftists with the deliberate goal of destroying the
values that were foundational to the creation of the greatest political
document in the history of mankind - the U.S. Constitution - and is the
foundation of a strong moral society.
The rights outlined
in the U.S. Constitution were not rights granted by the Continental Congress.
The founders believed these are rights granted to mankind by a living God. And
if we all really believe that then these are not rights bestowed on us by the
Congress of today, nor are they rights that can be dismissed by the Congress or
the courts. But someone has to stand up and say so.
Today's posts are
focused on this concept. Please think about this.
Everything we are
told has an historical foundation and everything we are told should bear some
resemblance to what we see going on in reality. If what were are told fails in
either of these criteria.....it's wrong. The only thing we have to do then develop
the intellectual argument to show why it's wrong, and have the courage to say
so.
