JunkScience.com has
filed a Freedom of Information Act request with EPA for all records pertaining
to EPA-funded research involving the exposure of CHILDREN to DIESEL EXHAUST,
which occurred at the University of Southern California in the mid-2000s. EPA denied
JunkScience’s request for a fee waiver and expedited processing stating:
You have failed to
demonstrate that the release of the information requested significantly
increases the public understanding of government operations or activities.
EPA has already tried (unsuccessfully) to scrub
information related to these tests from its web site. EPA’s next move will
be to delay and to put a discouragingly high price on the records. Stay tuned…..ToRead More…..
