It’s time to rein in a major entitlement program and restore checks and balances. Ohio legislators can save taxpayers billions, reclaim control of the largest program in the state budget, and set a positive example for other states by overriding Governor John Kasich’s recent Medicaid-policy vetoes. My Take - I've said it before and I say it again - Kasich suffers from a serious case of weird compounded by a massive infection of hubris......and truthfully after talking to a friend who had him at his home and found him reasonable and charming I've concluded he's a psychopath like Clinton, constantly remaking himself in order to hide who he is in order to get what he wants. Kasich is a disgrace.
